What better way to celebrate the beginning of Black History Month 2019 than by finding out another privileged white man has a history of donning either (a) blackface or (b) Klan robes back during his "misspent youth." Well, there *are* lots better ways, but well, this is America and Ralph Northam was hot on white-wing radar for having the temerity to speak from medical expertise about a woman's CONSTITUTIONAL right to choose.
