The push and conformation of a SCOTUS, and the odd and disturbing posts of another, stand to warn us of what may be coming in just a matter of a few days with regard to the elections. How much power can the Supreme Court hold over the states may be in the balance as well.  We also discussed a post made on October 20, 2020 by Opinion Columnist, Thomas Friedman that appeared in the NY Times titled, "After the Pandemic, a Revolution in Education and Work Awaits." Give it a read. It's truly foretelling in what direction we're going in, as well as what, if any, credentials you need in order to find work except one, you have the ability to learn.

Welcome to a new week here at the center! While we're only days away from the conformation of a new SCOTUS that has had a light speed approach to the bench, we're talking about what that conformation will mean to millions of Americans and their healthcare. A judge who states she is an originalist, but seems as if she follows more of a John Marshall's viewpoint toward judicial supremacy in the rule of law, may make it impossible for something people need more now than ever, a chance to receive medical care in order to survive.
