📻 Head-ON with Roxanne Kincaid – May 15, 2025
Key Themes & Commentary:
-
Birthright Citizenship Under Threat
Roxanne dives deep into the Supreme Court hearing on the Trump admin’s challenge to the 14th Amendment. Described as an authoritarian power grab, the attempt to revoke birthright citizenship is a direct attack on the Constitution, itself, and the very existence of the Republic. -
Judicial Bias & Erosion of Law
Roxanne warns of ideological corruption in the judiciary. Conservative justices appear poised to side with Fascism, treating the Constitution as little more than a fig leaf for their fascist designs. Kagan and Jackson raise alarms about the danger of gutting citizenship protections and access to justice. -
Authoritarian Creep
Birthright citizenship is just one front in what Miss Kincaid describes as a MAGAT-led effort to dismantle democracy. From weaponizing the National Guard for deportations to glorifying Trump in Saddam-style portraits, the threat of dictatorship looms large. -
Harsh Critique of Public Figures
She excoriates Solicitor General John “Chainsaw” Sauer for pushing an “anything-Daddy-wants” interpretation of executive power. Trump (“vulgar orange fascist”), RFK Jr., Stephen "Half-pint Himler" Miller, and Supreme Court justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh all come under well-deserved fire. -
RFK Jr. Called Out
His appointment to HHS is blasted as reckless. His evasiveness on vaccines and contradictory stance on Operation Warp Speed are seen as emblematic of a chaotic, cynical administration. -
Resistance Through Action & Art
Bruce Springsteen, in a fiery UK speech, denounces the regime as “corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous,” calling for global resistance. Robert De Niro echoes the call at Cannes, urging protest, voting, and organizing against authoritarianism. -
Calls for Activism
Despite bleak prospects, Roxanne highlights legal pushback, community solidarity, and cultural voices of dissent as crucial sources of hope and resistance. -
Shocking Developments & Injustice
-
A brain-dead woman in Georgia is forced to gestate a fetus under anti-abortion law—described as “sadistic.”
-
ICE attempts to deport immigrants to Libya—despite them not being Libyan.
-
A judge claims immunity for actions tied to Trump-aligned courtroom abuse.
-
Caller outrage on C-SPAN and Marjorie Taylor Greene’s racist 14th Amendment revisionism show the xenophobia driving this agenda.
-
-
Quotes That Resonate
-
“All persons born or naturalized… are citizens.” – 14th Amendment, as cited by Roxanne to underline the absurdity of the legal challenge.
-
“This is a concerted effort… so we wind up with a real life, no kidding, dictator.” – Roxanne on the MAGAT agenda.

One of your best programs ever: Supreme Court and Bruce Springsteen in Manchester, UK. All the news I want and need to hear. I guess if I want to change the Constitution, I’ll just write a non-administrative, citizen’s declaration! I can’t believe this dictatorship is happening !
